what is the best eye liner black and stay long time even in hot weather is Non erase?

i use . mac and dior , its not working in hot waether , loking for something gooooooooooood

urban decay... it never smudges on me.. even through tears, and 110 degree las vegas weather!

Maybe Mayebeline or Covergirl or sometimes the .99 eyeliners work better than the more expensive one try wet n wild i have alot of eyeliners from them and the never smudge or melt.

try covergirl. clinique too. i dont know why dior and mac doesnt work for you, because it should.

liquid eye liner. actually works really good.
