My great achievement this year was winning a bronze medal in my first Wushu Nationals even if I was practicing Wushu for only 6 months but 6 months in which I worked very hard.I want to repeat this experience next year but I'm planing to get the second or the first place next year.I'm happy that now I can control my emotions. At the beginning of the contest I was usually very nervous and my legs started to shiver with emotions.I learned that if I encourage myself I manage to stay calm and my legs won't shiver.

Published four books; fell in love with love, again; God, I'll never learn. Found a decent place to live, at last; lost one of my cats; made some more friends; was re-elected to the board of directors of the club and given the position of secretary; beat depression again. Maintained good health.

In this past year I learned not to measure life in days, or time, or achievements, but the enjoyment and peace of just being, and knowing that I'm part of it.
