OMG !!!! Well, I would arrest him and tan her hide !!!!! If after her grounding she remembered what day light looked like..... WHEW !!!!! I would probably beat the crap outta him as well... NOT probably--------- I WOULD !!!!! OOOO HELL NOOO !

I don't have a child but if I did and they were 15 sleeping with an 38 year old man I would handle it in a mature way and take him to court.

I can relate to this. Well cept I am 19 almost 20 and he's 36. Yes i know what some are thinkin but I heard it all before so I dont want to again. But what i been through with my relationship i should know something.
Thats a big age diffences!
That man is too damn old for her and he can go to jail for that, unless you live in South Carolina(yes i live in a ****** up state, where at 14 you can concent to sex, sad!)
Talk to that *** of a man, if he dont listen, get your husband to cut his *** and crop the penis off. If that dont work or dont want to go that far, call the cops!
Get cousling for her
Scare the living **** out her with talking
Take her to the greenhouse that should scare her!
Or tell her something like that.
You never want your lil girls rep to be ruin by something like that! Tell her!
I been there with all the bad talking and it will hit you! But just talk to her and I would say cut her ***, but you dont want to push her to rebell.

I would press charges all the way up to Mars! If you let this man get away, you're just letting him do the same to another young girl. It's more than obvious that he's into the younger ones, so just think about this happening to some else's daughter.

Wow-she would sure regret it big time-especially because her dad is a police officer and would hunt down the man sleeping with a minor.He would be sorry more then anyone.
She would be grounded for a very long time-school and straight home.No friends or phone time during the grounding period.If she still continued to repeat her actions she would be grounded till 18.

iD GO TO THE GUY AND TELL HIM HOW HE COULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A 15 YEAR OLD, AND THEN I WOULD PRESS CHARGES AGAINS'T HIM. MY DAUGHTER I WOULD GIVE HER A GOOD SPEAKING TO AND ASK HER WHAT SHE WAS DOING WITH A 38 YEAR OLD. I PUT HER ON SOME KIND OF BIRTH CONTROL AND TAKE ALL HER PRIVILAGE AWAY. AND SHE WOULDN'T BE GOING OUT FOR AWHILE. AND I WOULD TELL HER IM DISAPPOINTED IN HER AND THAT SHE WOULD HAVE TO GAIN MY TRUST AGAIN.

I would call the police. This is a criminal matter. I would also get my daughter into therapy and try an work out the issues could be caused by having sex with an adult.

talk to your daughter about the consequences, be her friend, try to stay closer to her and send her to make a trip to study somewhere else.
that happen to me when I had 18 years old and I was dating a man that had that same age.
My mom offered me to travel to a great place to study something and I leave!! I met a lot of friends, I study and I lived my age with people of my age and I FORGOT COMPLETELY OF THE GUY!
make her go travel =)
but if you don't have the money just try to stay close, be her friend, and acused him with the law.

Hate myself for not being a good enough parent to monitor my teenage daughters activities.
Pay closer attention to my daughter, and file suit against the man.
