Yes you can but you have to be VERY careful giving out personal information until you are sure you can trust someone or it can come back to slam you in the face. If you have any doubts, think again, be cautious or run a background check on them if it makes you feel better. I have 4 very good friends I met online and one I have gone to visit. I also met my beloved husband online which is still amazing to me. The friends I met online I have known now for 5 years and we have been through a great deal together. I'm glad they are a part of my life.

YES! I say yes because I have. I met some good friends online about 9 years ago. We have always lived thousands of miles a way from each other. We visit each other once in a while. Stay in touch through phone calls, letters, and cards. But still are really good friends. So it's possible, just be safe when meeting people.

Maybe but they're not really real...I mean people want to trust you but they never really do...and you should do the same. Always good to have caution working for you and not reveal too much about you personally.

it's possible, but i wouldnt reccomend it because you never know if the other person is telling the truth.
