I need two good reasons on why inflammatory shirts should be banned in school
All I have so far is:
1) May be cause fights and altercations in school

inflammatory shirts are offensive to others
they are by nature intended to insult, offend or incite others to anger.
they cause a distraction from learning in the classroom.
they alienate students and cause division among the student population.
they create a negative and even hostile learning environment.
In response to Dino4747 I would disagree that clothing dictates attitude. I believe that clothing reflects attitude.

Shirts which carry messages advocating things contrary to authority tend to make the person wearing the shirt rebelious. It may seem hard to believe, but attitudes are, in part, dictated by the clothing.

2) Because the school board has banned them. It's the rules.
