I completely understand your question. I've felt so stressed lately that I'd like to just run away from it all. Seriously, I'm thinking about taking a job overseas just to get away from my life's drama, but I know that's not the answer. I've started keeping a journal to express some of my frustration and I've also opened up to my best friend more. It helps to talk to at least one person you can trust- holding that frustation in only makes me feel worse. Just know this, no matter how bad it is for you, it will get better. Everyone's fighting their own battle and we'll get through it. :)

I would just kick back and relax. I don't drink or use drugs so I don't have a choice really. Once in a while I crave a bloody mary though.
