I have gone from an A cup to a C cup in six weeks. Is this normal? When I asked a Dr. he said it's a big chance of multiple births. Is this true?

He was most likely teasing you. Of course your breast will grow with the growth of the pregnancy, but he was most likely making a joke of the fact you doubled your cup size. Most women do add a cup size. Two cup sizes is above average, which is probably what he was implying by saying there is a chance of multiple births. Good luck with the pregnancy, and congratulations! :)

some women produce more milk when they are pregnant than others causing their breasts to increase in size faster. it's normal and nothing to be worried about. it could be a sign of multiple births, maybe twins? if not then you're just producing more milk than most women, but they should stop growing soon.

You cannot determine the amount of babies by the size of the bra, with my last two babies I went from a DD to an F, and this time I am pregnant with twins and my breast size is the same as then.

A great possibility, your body could be preparing itself to nurture two children well going up bra sizes in your pregnancy is perfectly normal and there is no set size.
