dont know if there is a "best brand" alot of people will say oakley but they have kinda limited styles as far as frames. Go to Sunglasses Hut. They have the biggest selection of sunglasses from really really expensive brands down to cheaper but just as sturdy and well made brands

It depends on the use I suppose...fashion, sports etc. I like Oakleys' for sport, I have a pair of Prada and Gucci for fashion and some Ray Bans' for driving.

Bvlgari - love them. They look cool and aren't so trendy that you can't wear them for a few years. I found some online for a lot less than the stores sell.
