Both weigh the same although the feathers will take up more space because they are not as dense. Another good example of density vs size is popcorn. It takes up a lot more space after you pop it (just try getting it back in the bag it came in) but actually weighs less due to losing water after popping.
A teaspoon full of matter from a neutron star would weigh millions of pounds. It would make a good party trick when you challenge someone to pick it up off the floor.

I think a pound (Lb) of feathers is heavier than a pound (£) of lead...on my wallet.
Lead is relatively cheap, feathers are rather expensive.
Just depends what Lb or £ you are talking about, and stop slicing the feathers in four!

In case of mass which is total count of basic unit material particles (electrons, protons, etc.) in one pound of lead or feathers remains always the same irrespective of substance chosen (cotton, steel, water, mercury, feather, etc.)
ALWAYS:
A pound of Lead (mass) = A pound of Feathers (mass).
WEIGHT:
If you weigh them in vacuum,
A pound of Lead = A pound of Feathers
If you weigh them in air,
A pound of Lead is less than A pound of Feathers.
Feathers will displace more volume of air and lose more weight (Archimedes principle: EUREKA). So actual weight of Feathers is more than that of Lead.

I'm pretty sure a pound of lead weighs like 5,000 pounds. A pound of feathers reminds me of blueberries.

they would weight the same, but the led pound has a bigger particle density so its gonna create a bigger force towards the ground, in a smaller area
