I don't have a balcony, but my back porch sure is happy. It's happy because the sun shines on it each day, above are blue skies dotted with fluffy white clouds, balmy breezes whisper through, and the birds and the squirrels make their own sweet music. And, best of all, my porch provides a comfortable, safe place for my three cats, who surely are the epitome of "laid back" and "lounging." You'll see them on the back porch every day, napping on the chaise lounge or curled up in a patch of sunlight.

If you mean have I decorated it with plants so it looks nice, then no, it isn't happy. I think it's happy that I haven't been out on it for a while, though!!!
