I'm currently at San diego, California ( first time here ! ) and i'm planning to go to Los Angeles. Unfortunatley I dont have a car right now. So i thought about a bus like greyhound, or a cap ( $200 !? )
anyway i heard about a bus i can take to LA, if anyone had any information about it, like a website or where can i purchase the ticket. That would be helpful.

You can take the Amtrak Train from Downtown San Diego to Union Station in Downtown LA. This is a nice trip that goes along the coast for a while. The route is called the Pacific Surfliner and costs 39.00 each way.

You can book online at http://www.amtrak.com the station codes would be SAN for San Diego and LAX for Los Angeles.

This will be much nicer than taking the Greyhound Bus. But if you wanted to take that you could just go to http://www.greyhound.com to get the information.

San Diego train station is in Old Town. Los Angeles train station is called Union Station which is Downtown LA.
Los Angeles is a big place. After you arrive, you need someone to pick you up or you can take the MTA (a metro train or bus around town.)

Go to the amtrak web site and check for schedules and fares. You can book from there if available.
If not call greyhound bus lines and book a ticket
