how do you add videos to the memory stick duo for the psp to watch them off the memroy disk?

Do You Mean 'Memory Stick' In The Last Part?
If You Have The Latest PSP Update, Like 2.0 Or Higher, You Can Simply Drag And Drop Your MP4 Files To The 'VIDEOS' Folder Using A USB A-To-B Cord And Putting Your PSP To 'USB Mode' (via settings category of the psp home menu)..
For Older Versions, You'll Have To Rename Your File To 'MAQXXXXX' (replace 'x's with numbers, for example, movie 1=MAQ00001, movie 2=MAQ00002) And Place It In One Of The Folders Found In The 'MP_ROOT' Folder (if it doesn't work, try the other..)
