No, maybe a loser, never a quiter.
I'll never give up and most of the times I know I will Succeed.
What I do is picture myself in the same place next week, I know I'll survive, and that moment will be gone or the problem solved by then.
At that moment I do not know how, but I'm sure I'll make it.
Time never stops, neither do I.

Hopefully, not at life... please do not... it WILL get better. I should know... I am a survivor. Find something you are passionate about and indulge in that passion... please, do not let life pass you bi or worse yet, pass bi life.
I had many rough experiences and went through a ton of horrific events and humiliation in my youth, but I found out that life is worthwhile. Check out my answer about what I want to be remembered for in the link below.
Please, Kizz... do not quit... not at life. Your job, dating, or online, but not at the most precious gift you have... yourself, your soul.
I do not normally preach, but something in your words struck me to do so, sorry. I am also giving you a cool link to an internet church I belong to (in-person, though) where you will see the most open-minded, accepting, caring, non-condemnational group of people ever. I had given up on church when I found this place. Try out their really hip movie-oriented Christmas service tonight or tomorrow morning even. It's free and anonymous. Also, they have a very cool confession site (where I came clean about my past abuse and current bisexuality) that made serious nation headlines for being so controversial... I love our church... definitely not PC or status-quo.
Take care, Kizz... feel free to email, message me or check out my MySpace... I'm a good listener and won't bite. promise. ;-)

It depends on if quitting this horrible thing would make your life better or worse. Quitting is absolutely OK if it makes you happier!

first i pause, and see if i can think of a different approach to try,,,, or try to see if i see any progress being made at all, or if the situation is hopeless with the resources i have,,,,,, if i see no improvement nor progress ,, and i cant think of a new way to do it, then i quit

Can't quit, if I do I will always wonder if it could've gotten better in the long run.
