Well I think my answer to this may be a little different but, I'm a cuban american girl and us latinos eat rice & beans (known as congri when mixed together and prepared together), pork, a nice sweet honey baked ham with pinneapples, cuban bread, salad, and yucca which is like a potatoe kinda thing. so those are the kind of foods we eat and remind ME of Christmas!

Tamales, I remember when my great-grandmother would come over before Christmas and start making tamales to have them ready for Christmas Eve. She would give them away as gifts.
