i think the whole case was flawed and wether they did it or not thoes guys lives are over.

HA!!! Now THAT was a good one! I totally agree--and we all knew it from the beginning, didn't we? Did Al Sharpton have anything to do with the charges or did he stay away from that one?

I do find it shocking that a room full of
adolescent boys didn't have any urges
or desires to rape the stripper...

That's like putting bowl of dog food in
front of a starving dog & being surprised
he gulps it down...

That woman had no business in there with a room of men who had been drinking alcohol, if she did get raped, she deserved it. She has messed up all those college guys life, but they should have none better anyways, alcohol and hookers don't mix.

Absolutely. No rape occurred. In fact, both the woman who made the claim and the prosecutor (Mike Nifong) should be prosecuted themselves; she for making a false charge of rape and attempted extortion, he for prosecutorial misconduct.
