i want to start a multilevel marketing business. 2 gets 4, 4, gets 8 etc. how to share profits?

i have little idea about MLM. what i dont know is what will toplevel get if subtree gets 2 customers and what will the subtree earn from these two customers. say p1 gets p2 and p3. each pay $2 to enter this program. what will be p1 earning for geting p2 and p3.

and if p2 gets 2 more customers underhim who pay $" each again what will p2 earn and will p1 get earn anything or no, i think he earns and keeps on earning as the members grow if i am not wrong.

please answer this for me and could you lease suggest some good sites where MLM profit distriution explain with chart or something

i not talkin about online business, i am talking about network marketing in real life,
where we sell a product or some service and we start introducing new members in a tree form, i dont what is the profit earne dby each member and will the toplevel always earn when ever a new member is aded in his chain, if yes how much and when will he not earn

Don't listen to SnowBall. MLM is not illegal! Piramid schemes are illegal, chain letters are illegal but not multi-Level Marketing provided you actually have a product to sell.

I would suggest a "Direct-Sales" approach Vs. MLM. The reason is that only the people who actually do the work get paid, meaning that if I came after you I could still earn more than you. Direct Sales is a level playing field and a much stronger business model than MLM

There are lots of companies that operate this way. And lots of different pay out schedules.

Whichever type of product you end up with, make sure it's one of the best of it's kind. For example, if you decide on Network Marketing of vitamins, get into USANA. That's what I did.
