I know a guy who is 22 and refuses to date 19, 20, and 21 year old women. He likes older women. Do you have any advice for him? He feels older women and much more mature and thats why he don't like younger women.

No, there is nothing wrong with that. Maybe that's a fetish he has. But it's no big deal. At least everyone of his girlfriends are above legal age. I say go for it. Maybe you should try that every now and then also.

Heck no, there's nothing wrong with him. If he's got what it takes to interest an older woman, I say he should go for it. There was a popular song some years back that said it all: Older Women Make Better Lovers"!
In the real world, it is not at all unusual for a man to date and even marry a woman older than himself. I did it, and the result is four fine children.

If he refuses to date women based on their age without getting to know them first, then I would say that he is wrong for doing that. You can't preconceive someone's maturity level from age....its just a number.
If he's just generalizing it I could understand, but if its in a scenario where you guys are out and he sees someone he's interested in and asks her age before having a descent conversation with her first, then there's a problem. Has he had bad experiences with younger women?

No. But tell him to be so picky. What if the love of his life comes along, but shes 20? Will he reject her? Thats kinda stupid. Oh by the way, women usually like OLDER men, and it traditional to have the guy older than the woman

i don't see a problem with that. if he wants to be with someone older, then it's his choice and he probably doesn't need or want any advice. maybe when he's 50, then he'll be looking at the 22 year olds!

I know quite a few men who prefer older woman. They feel that the younger ones are immature and alot are golddiggers (their words not mine).

That's his perogative and if that is what makes him happy then so be it. It is not sick, twisted, or illegal. Maybe the right younger than him woman has not come along to show him that they are not all immature.
