Depending on where you live, you can probably get a cheap, clean, unique hoodie at your local Salvation Army, Goodwill Store, or thrift shop.
It will save you money and it's one less piece of clothing that someone overseas has to make for pennies a day (which is negative for both countries involved).

Old navy ususally has pretty cute stuff for cheap,so does walmart/target..... thift stores are a gamble you have to be a good thrift shopper to find good things... Also depends on what you mean by cheap..becase Victoria's Secret has the cutest hoodies by far...but that may be out of range for you.

it depends on what kind of hoody a regular one or a designer one but they are cheaper online like on ebay.com or a department store's website or you can go to walmart
