That is okay because they make a great name for themselves elsewhere like in the developmental places. For example, Rico, and Danny Basham were former OVW champs. Besides, AJ Styles use to be a jobber in the WWE and look where he is now. Foley use to be one too. If they show what they can do, they will get big somewhere, or gradually move up. So there really is no such thing as a no name wrestler. Just look at Cena and where he is now.

If they proved themselves then they will be allowed to wrestle more often which will in turn get them more face time with the audience. If the audience likes them then they may get a chance at the title. It's all about marketing and what makes money. At your job, would you put your worst worker on a project or the best one who will bring in the money??
