well, the problem is that the toolbar exists but when i open a window or something it doesn't appear on the toolbar.. although the toolbar is there but the "boxes" we click on to get to a certain place don't appear.. Please help me solve this problem,, or suggest a way to help ! ..

Right click on your taskbar, then go to toolbars, put a check, next to Quick Launch.. Then when you want to open a program from quick launch, just single click on it..good luck..
Edit: When you want to save a program there, go to the website that you want, and drag the address bar down to the taskbar, then release it, next to the start button. You can move them in any order that you want..
