a little stir-crazy trying to figure out the best solution?

yes. The best way I deal with that is to sit back look at the situation and read inbtween the lines,some things are not always what they seem.Some problems are not always the ones staring you right in the face.They can be hidden behind what you think is the major one. The best solution is to go for what you feel is right in your heart. Sometimes the best solution is to fight or work hard at the thing or reason or person that is the cause,or yourself for that matter. Best of luck to you.

yes, of course. Some situations don't really have a cut and dry solution, multiple things could be done and it's hard to decide which one will be the best in the long run.

Yes, and then I try to forget about it for at least a couple of hours.
I find it easier that way, with a clear mind the solution comes naturally.
