You must be confused. 70% of our molecules are water, so if you cut someone open, water wouldn't just spill out. Anyway no, cannibalism is eating and not drinking.

No., the water is likely rainwater that has been collected in a municipal system. The water has "condensed" from moisture in the air, which comes from lakes, rivers and oeans. It's the great circle o' life 'bro! Ain't it neat! (while it lasts...)

cannibalism refers to the eating of flesh. not drinking. and if you're going to go along that line of thinking, you could also say that since we're all made up of the same particles, when you're making love to your wife, you're also shagging your mother as well.
