I'm sorry to hear that. The things we go through as women. The best advice I can give you woman to woman is how much of this do yo want to put up with? I understand the whole forgive and forget rule but if you get bit by a dog the first time it's the dog's fault. The second time it's you fault. You know in your heart if he's cheating or not. You don't need Maury girl! Just like you know when it's time to stay and it's time to go. Personallly if he makes you feel bad or negative in any let him go so you can grow.Nine years or not.

He admitted to cheating on you in Aug,why are you still there-he will not sign divorce papers,you can prove that he cheated-that is your ace in the hole-leave-this is not something he just started doing in Aug. he has been cheating on you for 8 yrs and did you think that by marring him he would change (yea right) don't be dumb all of your life-why should he divorce you when the girlfriend don't to be bothered he come home to you and guess what he is right you are right there to take care of him-he have his cake and he can eat it to-you need to do what is right for yourself-stay and put up with the other women and leave and start living your life-love hurt-love can also open your eyes

u can still get a divorce even if he chooses not to sign, just say u don't know where he is at, and they will post it in the newspaper several times, if he doesn't happen to see it than u get the divorce by def alt. he doesn't have to sign a thing, see an attorney and ask them what to do,but if u send them the papers and they don't sign i think u can still get the divorce, as most states today have the no fault divorce.

It doesn't matter if he wants to sign or not. If you file for a divorce and a judge grants the divorce he will be in contempt of court if he does not sign. You won't have to worry about that. Once things get that far he will see that you are through with him and sign.

Hmmmm, been there, done that. Just file honey. They usually call it a contested divorce but the judge will grant a ruling in your favor especially in the case of adultery. Get a lawyer and file today. You'll be happy you did. Hey, it's 6 years later for me and it was one of the best thing that I did in my life.

Youre probably treating him very well, like his mother with 'benefits'. Why should he divorce?
Start nagging him every other day about his infidelities, stop doing his laundry and cooking for him, etc. He'll give u a divorce.

why don't you ask for a divorce? sounds like he has it made. he sleeps around and all you do is ask why he won't leave you. he's got the best of both worlds. no offense...but the ho and the housewife.
