You can go to the USPS website....my kids received some of those as a gift last year and they loved them...the picture quality is great on the stamps

I know www.canadapost.ca has this service where you can buy stamps with whatever picture you want , as long as it's not copyrighted or pornographic. Go to that website. I think the US postal service probably has something similar .
