probably not! they all seem to be in it to make money!
maybe you've just found a gap in the market which you could use to your advantage by setting up one. although it would be not-for-profit, you could still pay yourself a nice wage.

Hi there most of the recruitment agencies make their money from the employer. That is how they survive. They usually get a perctage of the yearly income. That is why they test and sort the good from the bad.

It's a really hard sector to get in to. There are some sites which are quite good -
www.charityjob.co.uk
www.environmentjob.co.uk
www.jobsgopublic.co.uk (mostly local government, but they do have NFP jobs on there too)
The Guardian Website is a good source too.
