Any animal's paw- or hoofprint can be called 'spoor'.
If you are hunting it, it can be called 'slot' as well - though that has become relatively restricted to referring to deer.
There is no specific word for the pawprint of a tiger other than 'spoor', really.

A paw....... this is the soft foot of a mammal, generally a quadruped, that has claws or nails. A hard foot is called a hoof. Paws are used to pad feet for walking and reduce friction.
