Mine runs then just dies. Changed fuel pump, fuel filter, battery. Was told that the Anti-Theft might be malfunctioning. Need advice!

generally speaking, I'd lean towards the ignition switch on that car, it could be a crank sensor, but check the ignition switch first, does it ever not start? is it ever hard to start? hard to turn the key or get the key out? if so ignition switch, but your best bet is to go get it scanned for codes by a dealer

This does indeed sound like a faulty anti-theft device. My car will do exactly the same thing if the trunk/door key is used vs. the 'chipped' ignition key to start the vehicle. Better let Mr. Goodwrench check this out.

check your crank sensor.if your key has a chip in it remove key cylinder, the thing your key goes in ,and see if the two wires are broken.if so splice together and start car.if wires are fine test key for proper ohms go to dealer.usually if its anti-theft car will run for approx 15 sec then die.

You can have it scanned for the codes related to the anti-theft to be sure. would want to know before replacing any more parts ,But i have replaced many pass-lock key cyl hsg for security lights and related no starts conditions.

nope im not having problems i did a smart thing and baught a ford! (i bought a chevy too but u learn from your mistakes)so buy a ford the answer to all your problems!

have ur idle air control replaced or the crank shaft sensor
