I have no idea who on Earth that is but I do dislike the constant worship of her, Miley Cyrus and that Vanessa something or other.

In a few ways you could hate her.
In High School Musical all you can do is hate her.
But in The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, she isn't really that bad.
SHe's kinda funny and obnoxious at the same time

omg she is so annoying and fake man she looks like a walrus! her teeth are the size of mount everest. her hair looks so fake and blonde and her face is orange. her voice sounds like a chipmunk on crack!! haha. anyways my answer is YES!!!
