I have been saying this all along. Greg Anderson is presently doing Barry Bonds's jail time while Bonds signs a 16 million dollar contract to play a kids game. Bonds belongs in jail not on a baseball field. Giant fans refuse to admit that their freakin' hero is nothing more than a cheater and a lier. I just hope the sports writers association remembers this crap 5 years after this bum retires from the game. I'm beginning to believe that there is no justice.

Barry Bonds may be the scum of the earth and the face of the steroid scandal but the fact is he has never been "caught" doing anything. While I agree with everyone that somehow he is avoiding getting caught and others are taking a fall for him the fact is in America we are innocent until proven guilty. In the court of public opinion there is no doubt that Barry is a cheater and without decent morals but the reporters "broke the law". When called to testify before a grand jury nobody can feel compelled to ignore their legal responsibility and ignore the judge. If we allow reporters immunity where do we draw the line. Even Dick Chaney (another scumbag) is made to testify before a grand jury over the exposing of the secret agent. The reporters KNEW they were reporting information that they had no legal right to expose...the truth would come out in the end but they chose to capitalize on privy info to make a profit. That makes them as big of scumbags as Bonds.
And again there is no doubt in my mind that Barry cheated and engaged in illegal activity but why is nobody calling for the heads of the others that acknowledged they used as well. Remember Giambi flat out admitted to being a user....where are the calls for his head,he is making stupid money just like Barry!!!
I just think if people want to judge one then judge them all...McGwire, Giambi, Palmeiro, Sosa, Sheffield (again another that testified) and the list goes on. Ultimately it is us fans and the ballplayers that have some morals, yet might get a sideways eye from us or media because of their size or accomplishments that get cheated the most... we pay the big money for a game that is tainted.

Of course it is ridiculous. Bonds should serve time for his outright lying about his use of steroids. Baseball has turned its back on punishing those who used steroids and seem to ignore the problem. However, the reporters should be hailed as heroes for exposing Bonds. Remember that is what happened to President Nixon. He was exposed by reporters, and Bonds was too.

at the same time as he performed nicely with the Pirates, he extremely executed good issues with the Giants (larger hat length, extra juiced homers, now to not indicate dressing up like Paula Abdul), I say there is not any way he would not bypass in as a large.
