So after the other nation keeps ingoring things even after santions, then military action normally happens.
Like do you really beleive these santions are going to stop Iran at all, will Russia, or Syria even worry about them ? of course not, Iran will continue to do what it wants to and laugh at the UN untill the US or Isreal bombs thier atomic stites

probably because Iran has more running oil refineries than Iraq and if he blatantly invaded Iran like he did Iraq he would not get that oil from Iran. plus Iran was already in a civil war, bush just wanted to start another civil war
