Everyone has different thoughts or beliefs so I don't think one particular thing can be called "normal". People have different thoughts about where they live and the politics of America. I think not liking what is going on and not wanting to be an American is at the far end of the spectrum. I don't personally know anyone with these beliefs, but I'm sure there are others. Some probably live still in the U.S. for one reason or another and I have no doubt that some have left the country and now live elsewhere.

I don't believe so. I understand what you're trying to say. Sometimes I have just been annoyed and disgusted with some of the choices those in power and us as Americans have made.
Does this mean I deny being American though? Not for a moment. I have to be grateful that I have a voice, that I'm not raped or beat by a man every day, and that I have a nice, clean home and warm food in my belly. That always gives me a nice change of perspective. =)

No it is not normal .You should move to some country like Iran or Iraq and live .You will be back after your spoiled little @ss finds out how the other half lives .See Ya !!!!!!
No electricity ,not allowed to wear make-up ,Must walk behind a Man ,Must never get caught cheating on him .,Must OBEY him ,must pray constantly ,Cook, clean shop and ask him for money when you need things . Come on leave already ,I can see why you want to go .

What even is normal? It's perfectly fine to be disgusted by some Americans these days and it's fine to feel like you wish you weren't but you have to consider how different other cultures are and what freedoms we have that they might not. Don't take for granted your freedom (like even being able to post on here!) and ignore people who disgust you; they're not worth over-working your facial muscles or ruining your voice box. :)

i was goina say yea its normal cos americans are full of shi* but just cos the people ruling ur country are full of shi* it dont make u 1. Be proud of where u come from, even if it is america =s

I wouldn't go that far. There are some things I don't like about America. But it's my country and I'm proud to be one. It's like your family. There are things you don't like about them, but they're still your family.
