I would rather be blind because I could handle a life without sight, but I could not handle a life without sound.

If I were deaf, I wouldn't be able to hear beautiful music or to make beautiful music. I sing, and I would miss that terribly. I wouldn't be able to communicate readily with peers and professionals one-on-one without the use of an interpreter.

If I were blind, I wouldn't be able to drive, but I would still be able to enjoy music, and singing, and communicating.

I would be much happier without eyes than without ears...but I hope I never have to make that choice for real.

i don't know!!! that's really tough. maybe blind because i love music so much

but music might be worth giving up to experience sight......

i guess i'd rather be deaf. it would be easier to get around, and you could maybe make deaf friends.

i wouldn't know what to do if i was blind, besides listening to music and talking to people... you could use a seeing eye dog, but it would be so strange to not know what the world around you looked like. i've known some blind people that are very happy though.

deaf because my mom works for the deaf and i know a lot of sign languge so i pick deaf! i live for god as long im here for god im happy!
