can anyone tell me of any new teams that will come out of the marvel civil war?

yes the following team have been announced even though full rosters have not been revealed

the new Avengers Team will debut with Iron Man, Ares, Wasp, Wonder Man, Ms Marvel
the new Omega Flight team will have USAgent, arachne, Beta Ray Bill. Rest is unknown or unannounced
The new Fantastic four will be Johnny Storm, Thing, Black Panther, and Storm
new Thunderbolt team of venom, green goblin, songbird, penance, swordsman, bullseye, and Radioactive Man
and a new Ne Warriors team will be shown with Speedball returning

I don’t think there will necessarily be any new teams. I think that Marvel will eventually realize that they have painted themselves into a corner and cannot continue the civil war storyline without permanently messing up their entire continuity. They will have to drop it altogether, and pretend it never happened without trying to cook up some plausible explanation for putting things back the way they were. Or, they might decide to call the civil war universe a separate universe, like Marvel 1602, or Otherworlds, or something like that. That is the only way they can get out of this hole they are digging for themselves, and get back to the regularly established order. Either that or Marvel will fold.

I have heard that an Omega Flight team is coming out of the Civil War. Arachne will be part of it along with US Agent.

Now hopefully they can kill Iron Man.

Most of the teams will be reformed, not necessarily "new".

Though there will be a "second" set of Avengers called the Mighty Avengers. (there will also be the New Avengers)
A revamped Thunderbolts (including many of the CSA arrested supervillians.)
And probably a new or reformed X-group.
