my friend looks exactly the same since KINDERGRADEN!! same hair, same cut, same straight part down the middle. she's trying to be popular, and she's wearing aeropostale and American Eagle, but she's chubby, and it makes her look bad. And then one day she wore eyeshadow for like the first time, it looked really good then she said "is it to noticeable? I don't want anybody to notice me!" I want to tell her that she needs a fashion and attitude adjustment, but she's super sensitive, HELP ME PLEASE!!!

just do that little "girl talk" thing or whatever. im strait up w/ my best friend & i can just say "look, u wanna be popular? then get out there & be noticed for cryin out loud!!! curl ur hair, put on some more eyeshadow b/c ur looked freakin' awesome, & then yea, i'll help u along the way"!!!
look, if ur friend seriously needs it and is willing to have some creative critisizm, then just tell her the truth....just don't be TOO MEAN!!!
