I haven't seen the show, but was it a Sidekick? I have one. The screen spins open.
There is a website that does your phone up in Swarzovski Crystals too. You just send it in, and they bling it out. The Sidekick costs $325 to get done. I'm guessing that's the phone you probably saw.
