is the most secured government facility in the world how did the "terrorist's" manage to slam a plane into one of it's walls???
There is a no fly zone for miles away from the Pentagon and to top it off it has an automatic duty to fire at any object that goes into those resticted boundaries, so how can you explain the plane slamming into that Pentagon wall? Or was it a hoax???

modify) Jack C has hit the nail on the head.

Just as importantly, no one has yet explained why the plane, which is far longer than the penetration of the building, wasn't found lying around all over the place.

The answer to that questioned was answered by Secretary Minetta before the 9/11 commission and promptly ignored.

"The target is 10 miles out, Sir.... Does the order still stand?"
"Of course the order still stands, have you heard anything to the contrary?"

I saw this testimony while watching CSPAN, and it immediately stood out to me.

Standing orders such as intercept or destroy a KNOWN hostile target would never be questioned. An order that directly countermanded a standing order would.

I can only conclude that Vice President Cheny had issued a stand down order for the Pentagon defense systems.

You have more assumptions than questions.

And the plane slammed into the Pentagon. Disbelieve it if it suits your paranoia, however.
