Chachi. In a rush to leave with Joanie, he forgot to turn off the stove and his apron caught fire, burning down the restaurant.

Chachi through his apron through the kitchen window, it landed on the grill and caught on fire.

Chachi, he threw an apron into the kitchen, and it started the fire on the stove...accident, but still Chachi's fault!!!!

No one was to blame. It was caused by accident - faulty wiring. It just happened. Nothing premeditated.
