OK, let me think about it a little.
First thing I notice:
the first fraction is a 2-digit number over a 3-digit number, so it MUST be less than 1.
Therefore the second fraction must be greater than 6 but less than 7.
So the first number on the bottom of the second fraction has to be the 1, and the first number on the top of the second fraction has to be 6 or greater.
Also we want to make sure that the denominator of the second fraction is a factor of the denominator of the first fraction so that we can add them easily...and that the numerator of the first fraction has factors in common with its denominator so it will reduce.
Still working, updating as I think of stuff....
OK well looks like knock knock got it:
95/247 + 86/13
I was trying to reason it out logically, but I had gotten to the point where trial and error was the only solution, and I guess he beat me to it.
