It depends on what is being advertised as some things being advertised such as getting a flu shot work to support the public interest.

Well that all depends on where you live. In some cultures, public nudity is no big deal. There are nude beaches in Europe for instance. I don't really have a problem with public nudity, but I don't know a place in the United States, unless you have private nudist community, that it's legal to be nude, or even topless for girls (unless your breast feeding, but even then, some women get arrested for it.).
