if they call the person who works in army soldier
and the person who is marines called marein
what they call the person who is from Coast Guard??????????

Your second question. You address the Coast Guard personnel as you wold any Naval personal. For example; seaman, petty officers and the officer ranks are the same as the Navy.

PS John Glenn never got anywhere near the moon.
