In my opinion, a mac is superior. I have used a PC, and was satisfied with it, until i bought a mac in May. Once i started using my new mac, i will never switch back to a PC. They are extremely fast, and are simple to navigate. Also, macs do not get as many viruses as PCs. Some people have an issue with compatibility, but every file type i have needed to open, I have had the required program. Finally, macs are seamlessly integrated with the software on them, and run beautifully. If you do need PC only programs, than you can use Apple's free Boot Camp software to be able to run both Mac OS and Windows XP. Overall, macs are far superior, in my opinion, to PCs because they are faster, easier to use, and have little to no chance of getting a virus.

There are more programs for PC, but there are more quality programs for MAC.

MACs are easy to use and do things in fewer steps that PCs (try to burn a CD in a Mac and in a PC)

Sure they are not perfect, they also freeze and cost more to fix them, but they dont break tha often.

And more important, Bill Gates is already rich, and Steve Jobs is a poor broken man who needs our business.

if you can afford it, get a Mac, since everything (minus part upgrades) that you can do on a PC you can do on a Mac thanks to Boot Camp.
