i have paint shop pro can anyone tell me how to change like the background of pic like have it pink or something?

open image using pain shop pro
select wand tool and click on background
then fill the selected background with your choice of color.

what i would do is resize the photo to about 1200 by 1200 pixels. Use the selection tool and set it to point to point feather 1. Outline the selection that you want to keep the same. Once it's outlined copy the paste as new image with transparent background. Now select new and create a new canvas 1200 x 1200. Create whatever background you desire. Once done copy and paste the photo over your new background. As long as you take your time while using the point to point section it will look excellent. Good luck.

You can use the change to target brush, and it will tint the background to that color. Or you can use a selection tool and select just the background and then use a paint brush or the fill tool to cover up that area.
