Stick your DVD players model number in Google and download the latest driver for it. This could help or it might not.....Good luck

Haha...I have the EXACT opposite problem, mine won't read DVDs but it reads CDs! If anyone helps with this one, can you please help me with my problem too?!?!?! :)
