Well, I want to. I was born and raised in the military, and then married into it. I have ALWAYS wanted a dog, but not as a yard ornament, as a member of the family. In sept. my Husband and I bought our first home. (we are close to 50 yrs) So, Today, I got an early christmas present. I was so surprised, I didn't know he was getting Me this dog, though he knew I wanted one. He rescued him from the pound. He is border collie, black lab mix, and he is so sweet. He is 4 1/2 months old. He has a white nose, 4 paws are white, and the tip of his tail is white, the rest black. It is by far, THE MOST WONDERFUL GIFT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I know this isn't a question, so you can give me a thumbs down, its ok, nothing will dampen my excitement. I had to share my happiness with the world!!! I hope everyones christmas is as fulfilled as mine has been. I feel like finally, our family is complete.

Congradulations on two counts for becoming the mommy to a lucky little boy and for getting a rescue dog. I know what you mean. For years I couldn't afford a dog and I soooooooooo wanted one and then I was finally able to get one and I feel like my life is complete too. He is also a rescue; 13 yrs young, blind in one eye and had the lense removed from his 'good' eye, has kidney and hip issues. He is charcoal in color and his name is Schmitty. I was very lucky to get him and I knew that older animals and especially ones with health problems can hardly ever find a home and I was lucky enough to be able to open mine up to him. Know I have a really good reason to come home and know that someone at home is waiting to love me and will love me unconditionally. I got him the Saturday after thanksgiving.

My husband does it each and every morning on an analogous time as i'm busily engaged on my crossword puzzles and he's examining each and each of the political information. he's taking a sip of coffee and then no longer basically shares the information with me, yet he provides his very own bias evaluations. i will tell him many times back that i'm no longer involved, yet he will do it besides.
