technically, the originals are GBC (gameboy color), so I would say Sapphire.

For all the people that is responding, it says BEST GAMEBOY ''ADVANCE'' pokemon game.
In my opinion, Pókemon Ruby. The new one called Pókemon Mystery Red Rescue Team it doesn't have a good system for random-generated-areas.

pokemon emerald,you can clone pokemon on emerald,and there is a battle frontier with many things to do,and you can catch some johto pokemon in safari zone after you defeat the elite four.
