A picture frame is a great idea .... and to put IN the frame ... make a collage of all the cool things about your mom or dad, the things you appreciate about them, etc.
Or write a poem or letter about them and the good things they are and do.

make a box then put a piece of paper in inside the of wat u r goin to do like better school or something then wrap but u have to keep the promise or wat u want to do
