Ok I got to open one of my christmas presents today and they were these really UGLY shoes!! My mom kinda got the hint i didn't like them and won't buy me another pair like she said she was.What can I do so she thinks I like them? OMG They are really really ugly though. And I showed her 5 pair of shoes I liked and she didn't even get me one of those

Well, normally I would say to just be grateful that your mom bought you something, BUT, if you showed her 5 pairs of shoes that you like, and she didn't go with that, then, that was her fault. Just take them back and get a pair that you did like. No big deal. Maybe next time your mom will just give you a gift card so you can buy your own clothes and shoes. Merry Christmas, anyway.

Be nice to your mom. It's only ONE pair of shoes. Be thankful that you have a mom and feet. Just find one outfit to go with the shoes and give them a chance. They may grow on you. That has happened to me.
Keep in mind and be grateful that you don't have to wear the same shoes everyday.

Don't lie and say you like them if you don't just to get another pair. Explain to your mom that she will be wasting money by making you keep a pair of shoes you will never wear.

Sweetie,i know you "wanted the shoes that you liked".However,as you get older you will realise it isnt what they get you,but that they even thought to get you something.You could even do something to "flare up" what you think is "ugly".All you have to do is get some jewels of some sort,and a hot glue gun or even one of those bedazzlers(SP?). Make them into a creation of YOURS.You will just have to grin and bear it.I urge you not to hurt your mothers feelings,as it is the thought that counts.Be grateful for what you have this Christmas season,as many dont even have a mother,a place to call home,or a family to spend it with.Good luck,have a good evening.Merry Christmas.

Try them on and say they "don't fit" or are "uncomfortable", or go back to the shop and exchange them, if you feel that stongly about them.
To make her think you like them, than her with a hug, and talk about how comfortable they are, and wear them out or around the house.

he he !! i had the same prob las year ith trainrs what i did was stick them in the washing machine "by mistake" ruined them big time ona hot wash and bingo..one unwareable pair of shoes!!
