Ctrl+F might work, or look for it under the Edit menu.
This is why I rather recommend Firefox. Microsoft screwed up the interface so much that people can't find their favourite functions any more.

You can go to EDIT in the menu bar and scroll down to FIND. The shortcut is below:
WINDOWS
holding down the CTRL key and then pressing the F key to bring up the FIND function works for windows
MAC
hold down ïº [the key next to the spacebar] then press F key to bring up the FIND function.

Or you can click on the arrow to the far right of the toolbar by the magnifing glass.
