The latest official news comes from a recent (November) interview with Brian Johnson where he stated that the new album is "coming soon", definitely next year. He also stated that the band has been working on the album on and off for a few years, but decided to take some time to spend with their families for a few years as an explannation for the long wait.

thinking she writes each music on her albums and it took 2 years between her self titled debut LP and fearless. There probably isn't yet another LP till atleast late 2010. on the different hand, she's additionally released 2 EP's (Sounds of the season and suited eyes) besides as a stay album (stay from Soho). So there is often the possibility of her freeing yet another teaser EP till now that factor.

I heard a radio DJ saying something about the possibility of an album coming out next year, and maybe a farewell tour. Don't know where they got their info though, so can't verify.

not that i know of, their last one- wasn't the best- stiff upper lip
came out in Feb.2000 zoppy is right sometime in 2007
