I guess if you want your kid to be wired, and not function in school, lay in bed all day, sure! But not sure if this is a one night deal, or what? Coffee is not a good thing for a child her age to be drinking, caffeine is like a drug and can cause really serve headaches when you stop. They use a strong cup a coffee to help a migraine

Watching movies all night is what kids do. I did, but she shouldn't drink coffee that's hard on the nerves. May be you can buy decaf, then switch jars so she thinks she's drinking caffeine. If she's watching TV then you know where she is when you go to bed.

You know..basically it is not okay..BUT...if she watches good movies it is okay i guess..Why??? Because 11years old daughters do not really like Classic movies nowadays...
so all you can be happy about that she is really learning sth good..and not watching s...t stuff on the TV.
So i propose to make her a shedule..and encourage her to watch stuff that are worth watching and that enriches her general knowledge.

Yes, it is fine, cofee is much better for an 11 yrd old than pudding pops. The clasics are wonderful substitutes for cartoons.
